L.U.P.O. - Lorenzelli Projects

L.U.P.O. (Lorenzelli Upcoming Projects Organisation) was born in the heart of Porta Venezia, Milan, in 2021. Founded by fourth generation gallerist Massimiliano Lorenzelli, it keeps its doors open to the artists we work with and the people who come to see them. We focus on emerging voices, often under 30, showing painting, including performative works, sculpture, and site specific pieces. Our way of working is simple: sit around a table, share ideas, try things, and build trust. We help artists create new work from the ground up with studio visits, production support, problem solving, and the occasional last minute ladder, and we give collectors the chance to follow these journeys early. L.U.P.O. is not a white cube to tiptoe through; it is a meeting place where experiments happen, conversations spill into the street, and projects grow with the community that gathers around them. We are also planning to open a second space in Isola area soon.
