Visiting Curator is the new multi-year project whereby ArtVerona invites important Directors and Curators of international museum institutions to discover the offering by ArtVerona galleries.

ArtVerona returns from 14 to 16 October 2022, with new formats and events in support of the Italian art system.

The fair strengthens its international network thanks to the new multi-year project Visiting Curator, curated by Maria Chiara Valacchi, in which directors and curators of international museums and institutions are invited to discover the participating artists and galleries of ArtVerona and to participate as members in the commissions of the awards juries.

For 2022 we have invited Chrissie Iles, Anne and Joel Ehrenkranz Curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York, Nadim Samman, Curator at the KW Institute for Contemporary Art in Berlin, Michal Novotný, Director of the Collection of Modern and Contemporary Art at the National Gallery in Prague and Christian Malycha, Director of the Friedrichs Foundation, Bonn/Weidingen.
